Greg & the team at Ducati Austin were awesome. Very knowledgeable about the bike I bought, as well as others for comparison. All the staff at Ducati Austin were very friendly & helpful. Fantastic customer service & overall experience. I would definitely recommend Ducati Austin for your motorcycle purchase - you won't be disappointed!! Can't wait to get the new exhaust fitted!!.

All I can say is thank you to the team at Ducati Austin for an outstanding purchase experience for the newest member to my family...the Ducati Streetfighter V4! My sales rep was very knowledgeable about not only the Ducati line but other motorcycles in the same class and beyond. We were able to compare and contrast and the Ducati Streetfighter V4 was the best bike for me. Absolutely 100% satisfied with my purchase!

This was the best experience I ever had buying a motorcycle. Fernando worked hard to make it happen and really knows his stuff (needs to work on that accent a little, LOL). I needed to trade in my Triumph Rocket III and they made it work. Tom was great and really helped out with taking my bike in and getting the Multistrada 950 secured on my trailer. Cathy was really nice and very efficient with paperwork. Trent had the part I needed before I even got to the parts counter and was very friendly and personable. I drove from Lake Conroe to Austin to buy from them. Next spring I will do the same when I get a second bike for son. Thank you Austin Ducati. I am a customer for life!

We're from Canada and were in Austin for the MotoGP weekend and one of our Ducatis had a partially installed aftermarket fork cartridge (our local dealer installed one side but felt they didn't have the skill to install the other, more complicated side). We stopped in to Ducati Austin with the long-shot hope that they would be willing and able to install the other cartridge in the day or two that we had free while in town. They managed to squeeze us in and they did a perfect job. Thanks to all involved; it was a pleasure to deal with your shop.

5 stars to Josh Newby for customer service and parts advice.

I've been going and drooling over bikes at Ducati Austin for over a year, and I finally bit the bullet nearly two months ago now, and bought a 2012 Monster 1100 Evo from Amanda Champion. I emailed the dealership wanting to know if they had received any 1100s, as I was finally ready to purchase. Amanda was quick to respond and answer every question I had with little to no delay. I went in with my brother on a Saturday, and was instantly greeted by Amanda, and started filling out paperwork to bring it home. The purchasing process took a decent amount of time (a little over two hours), but it was very enjoyable. Everyone that worked there from Amanda (Sales), to Cathy (Manager), to Brandon (Parts), and even their master tech Rory spent time talking with me. Amanda was a star and managed to both get me out the door with my new bike, and still help guests that walked in without making me feel like it was slowing down the process. I've been to bike shops with far more sales staff that made me feel neglected, but she managed to cover the floor and help every customer without issue, with little to no backup. I have since been back to the shop about four times, all of which have been delightful experiences. It is refreshing to see the same faces in there no matter when I go. I'm instantly greeted by Amanda every time I walk through the door, and when I had my bike serviced Cathy even offered to buy me lunch since she was buying her busy staff lunch. I've also purchased a jacket which Amanda stepped in and helped me with because Brandon was busy with another customer. I love this shop, I love the staff, and I will be a lifetime customer. Oh and the Monster is amazing too!

I had been into Ducati Austin several times to look around and let's face it, just drool in general. The staff has always been kind, courteous, and respectful. When it came time to finally purchase a new Streetfighter 848 there was no other place I even thought of going. The overall experience was excellent and the good conversation with one of the managing partners about how they got started and the requisite tour of the service area were icing on the cake. Thanks for welcoming me into the Ducati family!

This place is GREAT!! I came in because I had no idea there was a "Ducati place" in Austin. When I arrived I was greeted by a staff respectable member promptly. He showed me all of the bikes and did not feel haggled or annoyed in the least bit (unlike other places). In addition, I was given the opportunity to take a test ride on the beautiful Ducati MultiStrata. All in all, I will eventually be coming back into Ducati Austin to purchase an Italian motorcycle!

After 30 years of the other brands of bikes I finally took the plunge and bought my 1st Ducati - A beautiful red Hypermotard. Everyone at the dealership made me feel like family from the get go. I love my bike and would recommend to all my friends to "take the plunge" with me. Thanks to all the guys at the shop! - tommy c.

I came to Moto Austin to look at a used BMW 1100S. I left with the BMW and a new friend: Warren. He told me everything I needed to know about the BMW and set me up with a test ride, even providing a map of the neighborhood with a nice route marked. I had a ball. When it comes time to buy a new Ducati, I'm going right back to Moto Austin. Meanwhile, I'll go back just to visit. Really nice place.

The staff here @ Ducati are extremely helpful and the bikes are awesome. They will bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied. Purchase with confidence.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase of a 2009 monster from MotoAustin. From the time I pulled into the dealership, to the test drive to working out a deal out on paper, these guys take customer service seriously. Joey and Warren made the purchase effortless and the entire staff there was the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered while looking to buy a bike. Frankly, it kind of reminded me of buying my first Lexus; they obviously take pride in their product and any walk-up is treated with seriuosness and dignity. I would highly recommend MotoAustin not only to the seasoned enthusiast, but especially newer riders or those who want to know "what's all the noise" over the italian bikes.

I purchased my Aprilia Scarabeo scooter from Ducati, working with Warren and Dennis. I had already been to the other stores, and was thinking a Ducati dealership would be out of my league, and they might not take a scooter purchase seriously. I have been a car driver for 38 years, so this was all new to me, but I'm fed up with the wastefulness of 4 wheels. Nobody at Ducati made me feel like a dumb noobie ;-) ... Dennis gave me very helpful tips on safety, personal stories I try to keep in mind when riding. Warren cut a deal with me that had no pressure, and he even delivered the bike on his own time, as I had to wait to ride it, for my safety course completion, license, etc. I feel I purchased the right machine, for the right price, and I can go back anytime for help. I also arranged my insurance coverage with a contact Dennis gave me, saving over 200/yr from our regular car insurance company. ****************************************************** Steve, thank you very much for the positive feedback. All of us here appreciate your business, and your reasons for purchasing a bike from us. Sincerely, "The Ducati Austin Team"

"Ducati Austin, you are Awesome!" A million thanks to Warren and Joey for all the attention, assistance and service you gave me. All of our contact was via telephone, and you made me feel like i was dealing with you in person. Everything was great, from wheeling and dealing numbers to shipping my motorcycle all the way to El Paso, TX. I felt like a kid with a new toy the day I recieved my Nickey Hayden. Thank you again for all the help, I would recomend you to everyone i know!!!!!!
Fabian Cardiel, El Paso, TX -
The folks at Ducati Austin are top notch! They really go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the bike (and the deal) you'll be happy with for years. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I know where I'm going to get my bike serviced. Thanks guys.... ------------------- Joel, thank you for the kind words. All of us here at Ducati Austin - Randy, Phil, the two Steves, Josh, Joey, Dennis, Peter, and myself, will always try to make our customers feel special. Thanks, Warren Egger

Often dearlerships talk about service without any intention of providing it. That's not the case with Warren and the rest of the staff at MotoAustin. I will continue to travel from Corpus Christi to get my service done because of their friendliness and professionalism. **************** Thank you Lee. It's been a pleasure working with you and we really appreciate your feedback and kind words. "The Ducati Austin Team"

I've have been to the Austin store 3 times and each time the experience is awesome. I am currently looking to buy my first bike and have gone to several other stores in search of fits me, but Warren and the team have been the most helpful. I am always greeted quickly and have all my questions answered. I believe the next time I'm at the store again I'll be buying a Ducati. *********************** Andrew, thank you for the kind words about the shop and staff. We truly appreciate it, and look forward to seeing you again.

Warren & Joey are the best. Very helpful and informative through the entire process. They helped me with the financing and suggested an insurance company for me. I rode a few bikes but, there is only one that I HAD to have.......Ducati. MotoAustin made it happen. I bought the Monster 696 and it is perfect for me. Not many other shops will welcome you to take a bike out much less have such a good selection to choose from. I have visited other motorcycle dealerships and several did not even have anyone talk to me. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Have not had the plaesure of buying a bike from Ducati Austin. However ,everytime I stop in the staff treat me like their #1 customer. The salespeople are friendly, knowledgable and courteous. Ducati Austin will be the dealership where I go to buy my bike.
MIKE FITZ, JARRELL, TX -
Overall great experience with this dealership. They were able to work with me while I was on deployment and had my Aprilia waiting for me to pick up when I returned. Service department was great also, I dropped of my bike clean and got it back running awesome and with no fingerprints or grease smudges on it. I will definitely be buying another Aprilia there in the future.

I just wanted to say thanks to Warren and everyone that works there at Moto Austin. This is my first Ducati and I was a litle apprehensive going into the dealership. I thought everyone would be a little stuffy being a "Ducati" dealership. I couldn't have been more wrong. This is the most down to earth dealership that I have ever been in. I'm glad that I decided to go with the Hypermotard, but I'm even more glad that I chose to buy it from Ducati Austin. I'm looking forward to doing buisness with you in the future. Thanks again.

I'm glad I bought my Aprilia Shiver 750 at Ducati Austin. I hope this dealership grows to match their love for great motorcycles. The staff is fun to hang out with for a ride, or to gawk at other bikes at Twin Peaks. Thanks!
Clay McKelvy, Austin, TX -
Due to being in hurry and just couldn't wait(I will next time) I purchased my Monster Tricolore in Dallas, but took it to the guys at Ducati Austin for the 1st service. Everyone was great and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service.

Comments/Questions: Part One So this morning, I'm sitting at work and the phone rings. Somebody is telling my coworker xxxxxx that there is a yellow motorcycle tipped over in the parking lot. He tells me, and starts running out the door. Every body in the lab follows him, like it is a bomb evacuation or something. I walk out, and there is this crowd of techs and engineers circled around my poor xxxx, which has, indeed, tipped over. They are talking about calling a tow truck, or getting some lumber. I reach down with one hand and pick it up. They look dissapointed. One of the ones who rides says, "Oh, your tire is flat!" Indeed, it had gotten low. Some gas had spilled but no other damage of note. Part Two xxxx offers to drive behind me to the local xxxx dealer, one freeway exit away. I walk into the lab and call the dealer. "Hey, I've got a flat tire, and I rode my bike to work, and I have no way to get home until I get this flat fixed. Can you get me in today?" "Oh, we're pretty busy. Why don't you just drop it off and we'll get you in as soon as we can." .... "Well, just bring the bike over, and we'll get to it in a couple of days." CLICK. Part 3 "Hello, Ducati dealer?" "Yes, this is Paul. Can I help you?" "Yeah, I'm stuck. I've got a xxxx with a flat tire. The xxxx dealer can't help me for weeks, and I can't get home unless I get the flat fixed. Can you get to it?" "Sure, bring it over, and we'll get it out this afternoon. Is that good enough?" "Paul, I love you, and I want to have your baby. I'll be right there". "Oh, that's not necessary, just bring the bike over. You might have to run down and pick up a tube." Part 4 I walk back into the lab after dropping the bike off. The phone rings. "Hi, this is Paul, from Austin Ducati. Your bike is done." Guess what kind of bike I'm going to buy next? Thank you John, we really appreciate the kind words and hope you'll indeed come by someday and test out one of our bikes. Warren, Jake, Paul, Jenn, Randy, Alex, Erin (the team)

Warren and everyone at Ducati Austin are great people to deal with I highly recommend them as the place to buy your next dream motorcycle or scooter. The only complaint that I've ever had was after the 1st service on my 848, it was covered with hand prints as it was not wiped down after service. I would suggest to the service department that every bike should be wiped down with a microfiber towel and a speed shine liquid before delivering it back to the owner after service. - Thank you for your kind words and your feedback Brent. You have been a pleasure to work with and we definitely appreciate your business and comments. Thanks,Warren Egger

Ducati Austin was very helpful and I look forward to doing more business. As a special comment, the service area is very clean and the service techs are the best. This was one of my major concerns when looking at other dealerships. I think if you walk in and take a look around then you will know you are somewhere fun with bikes that can only be described as artwork. Thank you Tony, from me and the rest of the crew. It was a pleasure working with you and I hope you'll get many miles of pleasure out of your S2R1000. Thanks; Warren, Randy, Paul, Jake, Jenn, Alex.

I am a big fan of Ducati Austin; they have always treated me in a professional, fair and friendly manner. My experience purchasing my 1098 was the best ever after four Ducs. Warren and the rest of the sales and service team are passionate about Ducati and know the bikes inside and out; it is refreshing to be treated like a friend and not "talked down to" like many a poser in other shops. I recommend them heartily and without reservation. Phil A. ! Thank you Phil, it's always been a pleasure working with you, and we all appreciate your kind comments. Sincerely, Warren Egger & the DA Team, Alex, Randy, Jenn, Paul, Jacob, Mark, and Vito.

I am very pleased, throughout the sales process and how friendly and very helpful the staff was towards the purchase of my motorcycle, I will most defiantly recommend everyone who is thinking in purchasing a motorcycle to first stop at this Ducati dealer.Thank you for everything!

I am very impressed with the Ducati folks at the store! No pressure, very casual and very informative. Half the time when I was talking to someone, I wasn't quite sure if I was speaking to a salesman or not. Meaning to say there was never a sales pitch. Just information. Kat... Austin TX

I've owned 4 bikes before my new Ducati 848 and I can say the experience at this dealership was top notch! Knowledgeable staff and friendly service. All they need now is a Starbuck's. I wish there was rentable space next to the shop....I would move in! :)
Stephen Anderson, Cibolo, TX -
Tim in parts was a great help! I had quite a few questions for him by phone for my '02 Ducati 748. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressed. I will definitely do business with him again. Thanks!

A big shout out to Josh Newby and Jake Boatright!!! Performing the three Rs, repair, refurbish, and retrofit on 30 yo Ducs can be frustrating but also, rewarding (I know, Ive done it). I was 50 when I added these two modern bikes to my stable consisting of a 74 750 SS and an 87 750 F1 (both gone now). The engines on my current Ducatis, were built-up Jeff Nash when he was operating out of his garageso a while ago. The bikes now are road worthy and perform flawlessly although, I dont fold up as well as I used to on the 916. The Monster I can deal with. So, from a codger who usually DGAF THANKS!!!!PS I need a V-4 Rally, or rather my son does (if I can get him of the BMW obsession).
